Liquid Facelift or Non-Surgical Nose Jobs With Filler Injections

When people hear about filler injections, they most commonly think about lip plumping treatments. However, modern filler injections can be used for many other treatments to rejuvenate the face. For example, since 1998, Dr. Adam Summers has been using filler injections to eliminate dark circles and bags under the eyes, reduce marionette lines, restore volume to the cheeks and temporal regions, and smooth lines around the lips.

In 2004, Dr. Summers expanded the use of fillers and became one of the first surgeons to use filler injections to:

  • Plump up the skin on the back of the hands, resulting in a much more youthful appearance for men and women that felt like their hands were giving away their age.
  • Perform a non-surgical “nose job” to eliminate a bump on the nose — this is completed in just 5 minutes and there is no downtime.
  • Perform a liquid facelift in patients who do not want to undergo any type of surgical procedure…these results are simply amazing!

The staff at the Maryland Plastic Surgery PURE MedSpa use techniques that help provide pain-free, long-lasting results. Some of the fillers and volumizers that they use include: Juvederm (including Voluma), Radiesse, Belotero, and Sculptra. In most cases, patients can return to normal daily activities immediately after treatment.

Typical filler treatments: To treat the marionnette lines, reduce dark circles under the eyes, and plump the lips, patients will purchase one or two syringes of filler ($600-$800 per syringe) per treatment session.  The results can last from 6-18 months, depending on the type and location of the filler (it is absorbed faster near the mouth where more motion is seen).

Non-surgical nose job: This treatment requires a single syringe of filler and is only $600. The results are immediate.  A quick maintenance treatment performed at 8-12 months can keep the bridge of your nose looking smooth.

Back of hands treatment: These treatments typically cost $1,600 – $2,400 depending on the severity of volume loss. A secondary minor treatment is occasionally required to obtain long-lasting results.

“Liquid Facelift” treatments: Dr. Summers can complete your non-surgical facelift treatment in a single visit — and the results are immediately visible! Because there are no incisions or downtime, the Liquid Facelift has become one of the most highly requested injectable procedures. The procedure lifts the cheeks, smooths the jowls, and lifts the neck skin. With minor touch-ups, a Liquid Facelift can last for many years. The procedure takes about two hours and costs $8,400.  Although this is comparable to the costs of a mini-facelift (surgical procedure), patients do not have the downtime or the long term considerations (scars, shifted hairline, etc) associated with a surgical facelift.

Dr. Summers has treated thousands of patients with filler injections and is considered one of the innovators and regional experts in fillers.  He has trained other physicians across the country and is often invited to participate in national lectures and comparative clinical studies.

Patients love the results of filler injections because they can see results right away and enjoy an immediate boost to their self-confidence. To learn more about fillers and how they can help restore your youthful appearance, schedule a consultation today.
