Is there a consult fee and what happens if I cancel or reschedule?

Your initial payment is a reservation or “booking” fee that is made via credit card when we schedule your appointment. The actual fee for your first hour of consultation is “complimentary” in that it will not be charged unless you decide to proceed with a procedure.

If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with at least two business days notice, you will receive a refund on your booking fee or you may reschedule without paying an additional fee. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 2 full business days notice, you will forfeit the booking fee and will need to pay another booking fee to reschedule.

Typical consultations for new patients include a comprehensive medical analysis, review of anatomic concerns, and an in-depth review of treatment options. These consultations typically take about an hour. We encourage you to arrive early to complete any necessary paperwork prior to your consult. Optionally, you may download and complete the forms and bring them with you on the day of your consultation.

Patients desiring to have a surgical procedure will then be scheduled for a second consultation, or pre-op consult to go over the details of the procedure. Payment for the consultations and procedure will be combined into your procedure quote,
