If your appointment is for a consultation, your first option is to request that we change your appointment to a Zoom meeting for the same scheduled time. If that is not possible, we will look for the next available date to reschedule you. You will be asked to pay another reservation fee to schedule a new appointment.
If your appointment is for a procedures, you may forfeit the entire payment for that procedure. If you have prepaid for a package, you will forfeit that treatment.
