When you identify a date for your appointment, you will make a non-refundable payment to reserve your desired booking date. If you need to reschedule, the booking fee may be applied to another date as long as you provide at least 2 full business days notice. For example, if your appointment is on a Monday, you must notify us by the preceding Wednesday or your booking payment will not be moved to another date. In this case, a second booking fee would be paid.
NOTE: The booking fee is NOT a fee for the consultation. As a courtesy, your consultation fee will be included with your procedure quote and will not be due unless you move forward with a procedure.
