Sean Hopkins is the Chief Operations Officer of Maryland Plastic Surgery & PURE MedSpa, where he leads the operational excellence and strategic vision of the practice. Sean brings a wealth of diverse experience and expertise to the practice. Sean is committed to delivering the highest standards of care and service to the patients, as well as fostering a positive and supportive work culture for the staff.

Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in biomechanics and kinesiology from Eastern Illinois University, where he also excelled as a track and field athlete competing as a Decathlete. While competing he broke a long-standing decathlon record which caught the eye of Darrin Steele, CEO of the United States Bobsled and Skeleton Federation. Steele recruited Hopkins onto the United States Olympic Bobsled Team in 2010-2011, where he competed in the North American Circuit, European Cup, and World Cup.

Afterwards Sean served in the United States Coast Guard from 2012-2016. He was part of the Presidential Honor Guard under President Barack Obama and also served a joint task force as second in command of the military police at Curtis Bay, Maryland.

After an honorable discharge Sean received his life and health insurance licensing and built a national insurance agency called Premier Benefits Group, specializing in life insurance and retirement planning.

In 2019 he co-founded a CBD company called Centered, which offers natural and organic products for health and wellness.

He joined Maryland Plastic Surgery & PURE MedSpa as a Marketing Director in 2022 and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2023.
